Fleet evaluation is provided by HD Tyres (Pty) Ltd on site, on a regular basis with the purpose of identifying non-conformities at a stage when corrective action is possible and highly advisable in order to reduce risk and operational costs i.e. damages on the surface of not-yet-failed tyres, mismatching, under inflation, etc. Since prevention is better than cure, we are of the opinion that corrective action should be taken at the earliest possible stage. Following fleet evaluation, HD Tyres (Pty) Ltd will present you with an Inspection Report that formally informs you with regards to non-conformities found and possible corrective action.

The tyre monitoring module has the following components:

  • Daily maintenance requirements (servicing, inspection, troubleshooting)
  • Periodic in-depth inspection requirements
  • Periodic fleet evaluation
  • Records of performance for each particular tyre as well as the fleet as a whole
  • Reliability reviews
  • Operation audits
  • Recommendations with regard to maintenance repair, matchings, etc.
